These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between users and the Fixorix service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service", "we", "us", "our"). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Fixorix is a platform for business process automation, providing tools for task management, projects and teamwork. The service is available through a web interface and mobile applications.

3. Registration and Account

To use the service, you must:

• Create an account by providing accurate information
• Confirm your email address
• Comply with password security requirements
• Immediately notify us of any security breaches

4. User Rights and Obligations

Users have the right to:

• Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose
• Receive technical support
• Request deletion of their data
• Appeal the actions of the administration

Users undertake to:

• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Not transfer account access to third parties
• Comply with the rules of service use

5. Paid Services and Payments

Some service features are provided on a paid basis. The cost and payment terms are indicated in the "Pricing" section. Payments are made in advance for the selected usage period.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT
• Payment is made through secure payment systems
• Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of payment
• Access may be restricted in case of violation of terms of use

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the service, including software, design, content and trademarks, belong to Fixorix or are used under license. Users do not receive any intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Temporary service failures
• Data loss due to user fault
• Damage from service use by third parties
• Indirect losses and lost profits

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these terms. The user may terminate the use of the service at any time by deleting their account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes 30 days before they take effect via email or service notifications.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The claim procedure is mandatory. Disputes are considered in court at the location of the defendant.
